These Conditions of Sale (hereinafter, the General Conditions) govern the sale of products marketed by the company Doussou Traoré, in order to ensure maximum transparency and clarity in the relationship with users. All sales and purchases between the Seller and the Customer will be governed by the following General Conditions.

Prices And Currency

The prices published on the website, the payments and the invoices of the orders are in Euro. Any payment made by credit card or Paypal in another currency than the euro will be processed at the current exchange rate.

Payments

Credit Card: At the time of purchase, customers enter their credit card details in a secure electronic banking system (STRIPE or Paypal). All major credit cards are accepted through the secure payment system. The customer can also pay directly through her Paypal account. All credit card transaction is processed guaranteeing full security and data protection. If the existing funds are sufficient for the purchase and the bank details provided are valid, the transaction will be processed instantly. The credit card used will be charged at the time of purchase.

Order Status:

You can check the order status by clicking on the link in the order confirmation email, using the tracking code in the same email.

Returns

Returns can be made within 14 days from the delivery date. To return, follow the instructions provided in the Shipping and Returns link.

First of all, the authorization to return must be requested via email to: CONTACT@DOUSSOUTRAORE.COM, indicating the reason for the return.

Once the confirmation email and return authorization have been received, the registered items may be shipped at own cost.

Shipment

The shipment is made via the couriers DHL, UPS, or Poste Italiane. In some areas, the courier may use a delivery partner.

We provide the carrier with information including type of product and total value. Depending on the rules in your country, you may be contacted by the carrier to complete further requirements related to customs processes or any applicable import taxes.

Modality
Shipments can only concern the territories and nations provided by our site. Purchase requests from countries not included among those displayed at the time of registration cannot be accepted by doussoutraore.com.

Delivery Time
The delivery of products purchased on doussoutraore.com takes place on average within 5 to 10 business days. Delivery times may be delayed in remote areas as well as during holiday times. For orders made by bank transfer, shipping times will be calculated from the confirmation of payment. Traceability
At the time of shipment, the customer receives (by email) the tracking number of the package and the link for tracking the shipment.

Delivery
When delivering the package, the customer is asked to carefully check that the packaging has not suffered any damage to the internal contents in any way. During delivery, check that the sender of the shipment is: Doussou Traoré. If for some reason the package is tampered with or does not comply with the standards, the customer is asked not to accept the package nor sign the receipt; contact customer service as soon as possible at contact@doussoutraore.com. Any dispute regarding damage, missing items or delivery to the wrong address must be received by contact@doussoutraore.com within a maximum of 15 days from the delivery date shown on the courier’s website, otherwise it cannot be accepted.
