Shipping and Returns



The shipment is made via DHL, UPS, or Poste Italiane. In some areas, the courier may use a delivery partner.

The delivery of products purchased on takes place on average within 5 to 10 days and may take longer in remote areas. 

Delivery times may be delayed the during holiday times.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

We provide the carrier with information including type of product and total value. Depending on the rules in your country, you may be contacted by the carrier to complete further requirements related to customs processes or any applicable import taxes.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If that’s not the case, we’ll gladly accept merchandise for return or exchange, provided it:

  • Is in new condition
  • Hasn’t been washed, worn or altered
  • Is in its original package
  • Is returned within 15 days.

Returns can be made within 15 days from the delivery date. To return, follow the instructions provided.

First of all, a request for the authorization to return must be sent to: CONTACT@DOUSSOUTRAORE.COM, indicating the reasons for the return.

Once the confirmation e-mail and authorization for the return is granted, the registered items can be shipped at your own cost to the address that will be provided in the email communication. The refund will follow upon receipt of the items; this will amount the prices of the item(s), minus transaction fees and the shipping fees.
